BDS Has completed the rollout of 19 public Access Points throughout the Western Cape for the Office of the Premier of the Western Cape Provincial Goverment.

The Cape Access project is part of the centre for e-Innovation's strategy to stimulate economic competitiveness by providing the means for the citizen of the Western Cape to participate in the emerging knowledge economy. The strategy recognizes information and communication technology (ICT) as a key enabler of the economic development and growth of the Western Cape.
